The policy aims to promote flexibility, ensure productivity, and support the mental health of all team members.

Eligibility for Remote Work

Employees are eligible to apply for remote work if they have been employed with the company for a minimum of six months and have consistently met their performance targets. Eligibility and suitability for remote work are determined based on the nature of the employee’s role and their past performance.

Remote Working Stipend

To support employees in setting up a home office that promotes productivity, the company provides a one-time stipend of INR 10,000. This stipend is intended for the purchase of necessary equipment such as ergonomic chairs, desks, or computer peripherals. Employees are required to submit receipts for reimbursement.

  • Counseling Services: Employees have access to confidential counseling services with up to six sessions per year covered by the company.
  • Mental Health Training: Regular workshops and seminars on managing stress, work-life balance, and other relevant topics will be conducted to assist employees.
